This report is developed to help system partners and community organizations plan and develop strategies for engaging parents and families in the Inland Empire to build strong collaborative partnerships that can inform the ongoing refinement of the HMGIE system. This report provides actionable recommendations for initial engagement, and a plan to inform ongoing collaboration and engagement with parents, families, and community partners.
