How Help Me Grow Works

Help Me Grow Inland Empire helps children ages 0-5 thrive by helping families find and access developmental screenings and early intervention services.

Helping Children Thrive by Age Five

Help Me Grow Inland Empire wants all children to thrive. To achieve that, we:

  • Give families information about child development and screenings
  • Help make sure developmental concerns are caught early through developmental screenings
  • Help families access resources and services to help address developmental delays and risk factors
  • Partner with families, health care agencies, and early education providers to build a strong network of services
Help Me Grow can help you find a pediatrician, get a developmental screening, navigate referrals, and find resources in your community. Contact us at 1-888-464-4316 for more information.

How Help Me Grow Works

Help Me Grow connects families to local services and connects local services to each other. Healthcare providers, early learning providers, family support and other agencies all participate in Help Me Grow.

Families in the Inland Empire can get a developmental screening from their physician or behavioral health provider, by their early childhood educator, or over the phone through Help Me Grow Inland Empire. Wherever a screening was conducted, Help Me Grow can help families with referrals and with finding services.
