Health and Behavioral Health Providers

Supporting screening and early intervention during children's first five years.

Help Me Grow Inland Empire provides tools to help physicians at every stage of the development screening and referral process.

When developmental delays are identified and addressed early, it can have a life-changing impact for children and families. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that pediatricians conduct regular developmental screenings at child well-visits.

If developmental concerns are identified during a screening, or if a family has expressed concerns about their child’s development,

  • Help Me Grow can help by working with the family to get connected to needed resources and services.
  • Help Me Grow also provides developmental screenings and risk screenings to any child who needs one.

The Help Me Grow Inland Empire Access Center is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Participate in Help Me Grow

Participating in Help Me Grow Inland Empire has many benefits for your practice and the families you serve. We are currently piloting several program features:

If you conduct screenings:

  • Use Help Me Grow Inland Empire’s screening and data system to easily conduct both the Ages and Stages (ASQ-3) screening and a Social Determinants of Health screening. You can capture both developmental delays and risk factors that can lead to delays.
  • Send screening questions to families digitally, or complete them together with the family.
  • Screening results are easy to view and use to determine next steps.
  •  The Help Me Grow Inland Empire Wellness map is available to both you and to families, to easily find and access needed services.

If you provide services:

  • The Help Me Grow Inland Empire Wellness map is available to both you and to families, to easily find and access needed services.
  • In future iterations, the Help Me Grow Inland Empire screening and data system will enable recording of services provided. This will allow better coordination and collaboration and to help ensure that families’ needs are being met.

If you conduct screenings and are interested in participating as the pilot expands, please contact info@helpmegrowie.org.
