The Help Me Grow Inland Empire collective impact approach is advanced by three working committees:

  • Community and Family Outreach

  • Health Provider Outreach

  • Systems and Sustainability

These committees helped develop the goals, objectives, and strategies for the strategic plan and meet regularly to discuss how to design and test the Help Me Grow Inland Empire model and build the collective impact initiative’s systems leadership and infrastructure.
